When Changi Airport Group prepared to break ground on Terminal 5—its most ambitious expansion to date—it needed a film that could match the scale and significance of the moment.
I led the creative direction for the development and production of a groundbreaking kickoff film that connects Changi’s iconic present with the future vision of Terminal 5. Our team traveled to Singapore to film talent on location inside Changi Airport, alongside green screen studio shoots designed to integrate seamlessly into photoreal CGI environments we produced.
Blending documentary-style live action with cinematic animation, the film bridges Jewel and the existing terminals to T5 as a next-generation global gateway. Created in close collaboration with Changi Airport Group, the film serves to commemorate the groundbreaking, energize project partners, and give the public a clear window into the future of air travel—framing infrastructure not just as engineering, but as a human story of design, innovation, and connection.
