Neoscape worked closely with Lincoln to produce marketing assets for The Bluffs, a class A office development in Playa Vista, CA. This office campus is comprised of two buildings, with 500k RSF of space. The spaces focus on bringing outdoors in and indoors out. The various amenities include private tenant terraces, tenant work lounges, multiple on-campus restaurants, gym, and a conference center.

The client wanted to position their office space as a campus-style environment that highlighted California's relaxed outdoor culture, natural surroundings, and prime location near major tech companies like Meta, Apple, YouTube, Google, and IMAX. Under new ownership, they also needed to emphasize their commitment to client experience. The brand messaging centered on this client-focused approach, with a dual sentence structure that reflected the property's two-building layout, while the visual identity conveyed a comfortable, contemporary aesthetic with natural elements.
