Neoscape worked closely with Lincoln to reposition The Bluffs, a class A office development in Playa Vista, CA. Comprised of two buildings, the spaces focus on bringing outdoors in and indoors out. The various amenities include immediate outdoor access, private tenant terraces, and Cali-cool amenities.

The messaging centered on this client-focused approach, with a dual sentence structure that reflected the property's two-building layout, while the visual identity conveyed a contemporary aesthetic with natural elements.
